Note:

-Use only the court you have rented.
-Play on your court only for your time slot. If one is available, you may move to a first come, first served court.
-Your receipt/permit is your proof of rental. Please keep that available.
-Please observe all rules and courtesies while playing.
-If any complications arise during office hours (8am-5pm), please call 563-263-0241. For evenings and weekends, please call non-emergency dispatch at 563-263-9922.

**Facility Refund Policy- Refunds will be considered if it is requested at least 30 days prior to the reservation. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Parks and Recreation Office.

**The City of Muscatine is not responsible for personal injury, losses or damage to property of participants using facilities or personal injuries or damages to property of participants involved in programs sponsored by the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department.
