**Facility Refund Policy - Refunds will be considered if it is requested at least 30 days prior to the reservations. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Parks and Recreation Department Office.

**The City of Muscatine is not responsible for personal injury, losses or damage to property of participants using facilities or personal injuries or damages to property of participants involved in programs sponsored by the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department.
