**Facility Refund Policy - Refunds will be considered if it is requested at least 30 days prior to the reservation. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Parks and Recreation Department Office.
**Rental of the Multi-Purpose Room DOES NOT include admittance to the pool. All attendees to the party will need to pay to enter the Aquatic Center.
**The City of Muscatine is not responsible for personal injury, losses or damage to property of participants using facilities or personal injuries or damages to property of participants involved in programs sponsored by the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department.
