Note:
**$100 damage deposit, Cash or Check ONLY, is required at the time of key pickup. This will be returned back you as long as you clean up after yourself by following the Guidelines and there are no damages to the building.
**Please keep in mind that parking is not guaranteed for your event as it is a public parking lot**
**Facility Refund Policy - Refunds will be considered if it is requested at least 30 days prior to the reservation. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Parks and Recreation Office.
**The City of Muscatine is not responsible for personal injury, losses or damage to property of participants using facilities or personal injuries or damages to property of participants involved in programs sponsored by the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department.
