Note:
**If you have the facility rented for times which are not business hours for the Parks and Recreation Department (Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm) and you encounter any emergency mechanical or maintenance issues, please contact the Muscatine Police Department at (563) 263-9922 and speak with a Dispatcher.
**Shelters will be ready for us by 9:00 am.
**Please keep in mind that parking is not guaranteed for your event as it is a public park.
**If you intend to have addition needs for your rental (i.e. bounce house, additional tables, etc.), please contact our office. Special requests require department approval.
**Park Ordinance:
-Parks open at 5:00 am and close at 11:00 pm
-No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the parks.
-Fire in gas grills only.
-Dogs must be on a leash of not more the 6' in length.
-Motor vehicles are allowed only on roads and parking areas.
**Facility Refund Policy- Refunds will be considered if it is requested at least 30 days prior to the reservation. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Parks and Recreation Office.
**The City of Muscatine is not responsible for personal injury, losses or damage to property of participants using facilities or personal injuries or damages to property of participants involved in programs sponsored by the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department.
